Cancellation Policy

cancellations
* Deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable
* 8 weeks prior to arrival, the remaining balance is processed, this is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
* All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
* In the event the card details provided are declined when processing the balance, and ensuring several unsuccessful attempts are made to contact the guest, we reserve the right to cancel the booking, the deposit will be non-refundable.
*For Group Bookings, cancellations will incur the non-refundable booking deposit per cottage cancelled

COVID CANCELLATIONS: All payments will be refunded in full should Covid travel restrictions be in place, or any restrictions resulting in the business being closed. We do not refund payments if members of the group have any illness covid related or not.
